Why Cargoz
Why businesses choose Cargoz
The same UAE warehouses, on terms that flex with your business — wrapped in one accountable relationship and a network every facility is physically verified to join.
Why Cargoz
The 12-month lease was never built for you
UAE warehouse leasing is built around large, predictable customers. SMEs whose volumes shift every quarter need something different — the same warehouses, on terms that flex.

Cargoz Care
Protected from move-in to move-out
Once your contract is signed, you stop dealing with the warehouse directly. One named account manager handles everything — access, billing, disputes — for the full length of your storage. No extra cost.
Named account manager
Yours from estimate to your last day of storage. Reachable on WhatsApp, replies typically within 30 minutes.
One contract
Cargoz's standard contract, used on every booking. Exit terms are clear before you sign.
One invoice
You pay Cargoz directly each month — a single supplier on your books.
One desk for issues
Access, handling, billing, and disputes all routed through your account manager.

How we verify
Every warehouse is physically inspected before it joins
Booking online means committing without stepping inside. To close that gap, Cargoz runs every warehouse through a two-stage verification — documents cross-checked against UAE registries, then a full on-site inspection — before it can take a single lead.
-
1
Application
The warehouse signs up to list and uploads its documents.
-
2
Document review
Legal documents are cross-checked against UAE registries, and self-declared operational details are captured.
-
3
On-site inspection
A Cargoz representative visits the facility and runs a checklist of 60 or more items.
-
4
Approved and listed
The facility is added to the network and re-checked on a rolling basis.

Rolling
Re-verification
Verification doesn't end at onboarding. A warehouse that lets its paperwork lapse or stops following its procedures comes off the network until the issue is resolved.

Cargoz Care
Protected from move-in to move-out
The website ends at an estimate. Once you book a warehouse through us, Cargoz Care takes over. Cargoz Care wraps your entire storage plan in one accountable relationship: we become your point of contact for contracts, invoicing, site access, handling requests, and any disputes throughout your storage term. The warehouse looks after your goods, while Cargoz looks after everything else.

Anonymised from the WhatsApp threads we run with our SMEs. Names and amounts changed. The breadth here is the breadth of what your account manager handles.

From a stuck driver at the gate to a civil defence audit, your account manager is the first message you send
Billing
Invoice errors, VAT clarifications, payment confirmations, credit notes, statement reconciliation.
Access
Driver authorisations at the gate, after-hours visits, leave handovers, new authorised staff.
Handling
Pallet pulls, repalletization, dispatch prep, cross-docking, special handling instructions.
Scaling
Temporary expansion, permanent scale-up, downsizing, warehouse-to-warehouse moves.
Compliance
Civil defence, health authority, customs queries, license renewals, audit packs.
Insurance
Damage mediation, claim filings, optional add-ons, high-value shipment cover.
Plus the small stuff: temperature log requests, parking instructions, holiday schedules, contact updates. If it's about the warehouse, it goes through your account manager.
