Fixed Area starts at 100 sqft. The minimum contract is one month, with the ability to scale up or down on 30 days' notice. There's no long lease and no fit-out commitment.

The AED per sqft per month rate covers your dedicated floor area, the warehouse's standard security, fire safety, and shared facilities (toilets, loading dock access during operating hours). VAT is shown separately on your estimate. There are no broker fees or surprise add-ons.
