A Lockable Unit is a private locked room inside a working warehouse, with walls, a door, and your own key. You're the only one with access. It's the more secure format of Instant Storage, best for small or home e-commerce businesses.

Lockable Units start at 100 sqft. The minimum contract is one month, with the ability to scale up or down on 30 days' notice. There's no long lease and no fit-out commitment.

The AED per sqft per month rate covers your private locked unit, the warehouse's standard security, fire safety, and shared facilities (toilets, loading dock access during operating hours). VAT is shown separately on your estimate. There are no broker fees or surprise add-ons.

Lockable Units are private locked rooms with your own key, best for small or home e-commerce businesses. Fixed Area is open floor space inside a shared warehouse, suited to bulkier or oversized stock that doesn't need walls. Lockable Units cost more per sqft because of the build (walls, doors, individual ventilation) and the smaller-format yield.

Only you, by default. You hold the key and enter through the warehouse's main access point during operating hours. The warehouse team can be granted access for emergencies (fire, flood, security alarm) but doesn't enter routinely. If you want extended-hours or 24/7 access, your account manager will check what's available at the specific warehouse.
